DnG Construction specializes in commercial tenant finish-out construction. We have 25 years of experience in hi-rise construction, retail, medical office condo’s and ground up construction.
DnG understands that our clients have specific standards and requirements that must be recognized and fulfilled. As a small company, we offer personal attention to every detail and we make sure that these standards are being met.
We deliver our projects on time and within budget through coordination, cost control, communication and working with our pre-qualified sub-contractors.
DnG Construction offers an end-to-end client experience that includes seamless communication, budgeting, staffing, on-site organization, and solid, quality work every time. We use ProCore software to keep all team members up to date at any given moment.
As a smaller company, we are fully hands on in all aspects of construction. From bidding, value engineering, construction management and supervision.
Key Team Members
Luc Hye, President
Luc's interest in construction started in his native country of Belgium during high school where he completed courses in mechanics, woodwork and electronics. After high school, Luc studied sales and marketing and went into the Belgian army where he was in the army logistics division.
Shortly thereafter, Luc moved from Belgium to the land of opportunity, Fort Worth, Texas, in search of the American dream.
Luc has almost 30 years of commercial construction experience, with about 20 years as a business owner. With a great deal of passion for the commercial general contracting industry and his past business experience, Luc has achieved his American Dream and then some.
When asked, Luc states “I believe the key to success is to work hard, be honest, have integrity, and listen to the needs of your customers."
Vince Arnoldi, Senior Estimator
Vince started with DnG in January of 2018 and has over 17 years of experience with multi-family, residential and commercial construction. He has completed a variety of commercial projects from large retail spaces, small office renovations to 40,000+ office space build outs. He is most experienced with interior remodels and first-generation construction.
When asked what part of construction he likes the most, he states
“I take pride in transforming an existing space into a new design.
I work well with designers and architects to ensure all aspects of the design is captured to the full potential.” Our team will plan ahead and trouble shoot issues before they are a problem. We visualize design details in 3D to ensure work is constructed as planned. Communication is key with all parties of the project. We will keep everyone updated with RFI’s and up to date schedule tracking to ensure completion on time.
When Vince is not working, his time is spent with his four sons and wife. They enjoy all things outdoors: fishing, camping and swimming being the top of the list.
Richard Ortiz, Senior Project Manager
Richard started his career in construction in the millwork industry. It was there that he learned his attention to detail, work ethic and importance of providing a great product. This made him a great fit for DnG. As he started as a Superintendent and is now managing our projects, he is well rounded in all aspects of the work. He has managed a large range of projects with specialty items such as modern fold glass, electrified film and specialty millwork. His favorite part of project management is working with our great clients and providing them with a quality space.
When Richard is not working, he loves to grill and spend time with his family outdoors.
Nile Joye, Senior Project Manager
Nile’s career in construction began early as a laborer for his family’s roofing company during summers in high school. He then advanced to superintendent to manage commercial roofing projects. Nile moved from Florida to Dallas in 2016, where he began working as an owner’s representative project manager for a commercial real estate firm. He believes the first-hand construction experience gained from working on crews combined with the polish and perspective of representing property owners has uniquely equipped him for project management with DnG.
If you ask Nile what he enjoys about construction he will tell you he loves taking care of people, solving complex problems, and improving the world around him. When not at work, Nile enjoys building things in his shop and spending time with his lovely wife and their three wonderful children.
